According to Hello! the Duchess has the gown in two colors.

The gown featured a floral motif on the take on as well as ruffled detailing. Kate really wore the gown to Prince Charles’ 70th birthday dinner last November, however in hot pink.

The skirt of tonight’s gown was somewhat reminiscent of the lavender Alexander McQueen worn to the 2011 BAFTA gala in Los Angeles.

Kate was in a pair of Jimmy Choo heels, the label’s Romy 100 Delivered with Chocolates style ($725). The style is called the Dégradé Glittered Suede Pump at Net-a-Porter.

It is the traditional Choo Romy, with its point toe as well as 4″ stiletto heel, adorned in silver as well as blue dégradé glitter. Many thanks to Laura for IDing the pumps.
